Please note that registration does not guarantee acceptance. We plan on a maximum number of teams, with divisions of 4, 5, 6, 8, and 12 teams. Divisions will be finalized based on registrations received and with formats fixed at the discretion of the organizing committee. To increase capacity, there is a possibility that a division may move to a different weekend - we will endeavour to accomodate as many teams as possible and communicate any changes as soon as we are able. Unsuccessful teams will be refunded, in line with the tournament rules, soon after the registration deadline, or earlier if we fill before the deadline. 

Please note that hotels in the Okotoks and surrounding area fill up quickly for the tournament. It's a good idea to have team accommodation organized before submitting your tournament registration.

TOURNAMENT REFUND POLICY

Cancellations made by a team before the tournament deadline date will be refunded their registration fee minus a $100 admin fee.

Where cancellations are made by the tournament organisers ie insufficient number of teams in a division, 100% of the registration fee will be refunded.

Cancellations received after the tournament registration deadline will be refunded minus a $100 admin fee IF a team is found to replace the withdrawing team.If a team is not found to replace a withdrawing team, then 100% of the registration will be kept by OUSC and no refund will be given
