COMPETITIVE PROGRAM
Competitive players and teams will participate in the Calgary Minor Soccer league so travel is involved for this program with majority of games in Calgary locations. Teams participate in one tactical team session a week and will complete an additional one or two club academy sessions based on their age and level of play. Training sessions are held at the Cavalry FC Fieldhouse, Aldersyde. All teams are head coached by a qualified member of our club’s technical staff. Teams are selected based on a team formation process and placement in this program is not guaranteed through registration (player or coach requests cannot be accommodated). A place within our development program will be offered if deemed to be a more suitable fit. With Competitive programs running later into March 2025, a greater level of commitment is needed for players within this program.
Players need to be available for pre-season training/evaluations in late September (TBC).
Our Competitive program is open to players born 2008-2015.
Training begins the week of October 7th 2024 and ends in mid- March 2025 (exact date is dependent on age group/level and league schedule).
COST
Base registration fee $560 U8-U12. $585 U13-U16. Due at time of registration. This fee includes Training T, shorts and socks and ASA insurance.
ALL COMPETITIVE TEAMS will have Mandatory Academy sessions - COST for season $500* to be paid on or before November 15th 2024.
